Home Buyers are suggested to read page 32 & 33 so far as banking disbursements are concerned.

Quote Starts:

We permit the Receiver to demand from the allottees payment of dues, as ascertained by the auditors. He is also permitted the sale of the units through the platform of the MSTC, as proposed and registration of the allottees, as prayed.

A prayer has been made to issue a time-bound direction to the Banks to finance the proposal with respect to the restructuring of the loans and disbursal of the home buyers loan as it was stated by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of HDFC that the proposal is being considered positively and by the next date, it will be finalised.

It was stated by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of Uco Bank and Corporation Bank that the requisite directions have been issued to the branches for disbursal of home loans to the buyers and the new MoU which has to be entered into has been sent to the Receiver and by submitting the said MoU, the home buyers can obtain the loans from the concerned branches.

Let the Receiver look into the MoU and report back to this Court on the next date of hearing. In the meantime, home buyers who want to avail the loan facility as proposed by the UCO Bank and Corporation Bank are free to do so. Let the concerned branches disburse the loan to them as per the MoU.
