Note – For Terrace Homes and Tropical Garden. Once Transformers will be placed by NPPCL, Online window will be made available to us.

Documents Required for making Application are PAN Card, Aadhar Card, NOC and Possession Letter issued by Office of Court Receiver. No Other documents are required to be uploaded other than this.

Key points With regards to NPCL connections for Terrace Homes and Tropical Garden Residents (those who have received NOC & possessions must apply for connections immediately to have a decent number in a few months. It’s residents responsibility to apply and NPCL to give electricity as there is no single point scheme now.
