On the festive occasion of Diwali, NBCC offered the Letter of possession to the homebuyers for their long-awaited dream homes in a holy ceremony held at the Centurian Park project in Greater Noida on 02.11.2021. The possession letters were given to flat owners in the presence of Ld. Court Receiver, Monitoring Committee appointed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and NBCC officials. Court receiver hands over possession letters to 28 #ACPBuyers on Dhanteras. NBCC has completed 110 flats in the Centurian Park – Low Rise project utilizing the amount it received from SBICap Ventures. As many as 28 Amrapali #CenturianPark home buyers received their possession letters on Dhanteras day from the Supreme Court appointed court receiver in Greater Noida. who had made full payment for their apartments, were handed over the possession letter on November 2.
