NBCC Re-REVISED payment & Delivery Schedule for Group 3 projects
REGARDING CHANGE OF POSSESSION DATES FOR SOME TOWERS OF TERRACE HOMES AS PER THIS NEW SCHEDULE
They shall remain same as these changes have happened considering to various factors like Optimum utilization of resources, fund and further pooling of funds (future) etc. For an example to make you all understand, we are trying to garner some funds by utilizing commercial area in-front of A1-5 & F1, 2. Unless, these towers are not ready quickly with development of common ares, the monetization, banks funding or any other means effort to bring in funds for Terrace Home shall take a back seat.
It is important to note: If the work is completed before schedule, the same will be intimated to the home buyer through the Ld. Court Receiver Blog/Website, after intimation the buyer has to deposit the balance outstanding due within one month of the intimation. For early completion of Flats, possession can only be given after clearance of payment with one month of publication on Ld. Court Receiver website/blog.
