For Banking Disbursement of ACP buyers new or old
Keep doing the follow up with banks via phone calls, emails & make sure you are keeping CR in loop.
At the same time, it’s important that you keep engaged with CR office also and make them aware of the status by Banks. That’s all baking buyers can do for now. While doing the follow up kindly request them to consider your request as mentioned on Page 37, They may be requested to read paragraph
1. Let the banks submit their stand on the aforesaid aspects to this Court and in case they are ready, they are free to disburse the loan based on the aforesaid suggestions made by the Receiver, without approaching this Court
2. It is open to the home buyers to approach the respective banks and submit their requirements to the bank’s branch concerned
Kindly ask them to act in accordance with Order dated 18.12.2019 and reconsider the case. In-case of any such objection kindly ask them to reply to you & Court Receiver both in writing. 23.03.2020 is not too far and keep pushing them.
