UPDATE REGARDING EOW CRIMINAL COMPLAINTS & LETTER BY IO Please find attached FIR Copy of 279/2019 under which all complaints of Amrapali Centurian Park buyers are tagged.
EOW has started sending letters to those who's complaints have been verified and falls under section of 409/406/420/120B.
Those who are receiving letters from Investigating Officer are suggested to speak to him over phone before going to EOW on date mentioned in letter.
Those who are not getting the letters are not required to visit EOW.
Those who have not filed the complaint in EOW may also file the same.
Kindly note: EOW and IO is only sending letters to those buyers who are local to Delhi/NCR region.
