**In addition our earlier update of 06.03.2020**

Yet another good news towards depositing your pending dues in case of pending (bank disbursements) and those seeking fresh loans. Kindly read the letter and instruction properly and take immediate actions.

1. Please find attached letter of Ld. Court Receiver directing banks to entertain fresh application for loans as well as those seeking pending disbursements.
2. Both the section of buyers has to present this letter to their respective branches seeking pending disbursements or fresh loan. They have to also ensure that banks have acknowledge their application in written NO verbal commitment please.
3. In your application form do also mention them to supply the information to Ld. Court Receiver as per his communication details in attached letter.
4. Buyers seeking fresh loan may also try to apply for loans in prescribed format in UCO Bank Supreme Court branch in addition to their choice of banks.
5. The Performa letter is mandatory to avail fresh loans as per the letter NOT required for pending disbursements.

We hope with this letter, HBs may find some way to deposit their pending dues.
