Application form for Home Buyers 22.06.2020

Buyers dependent on loans for their pending and fresh disbursement may kindly note few key points a per the letters shared in group today. Buyers who are to make (deposit) their payment left both self financing and loans (existing/fresh) have been directed by Ld. Receiver today to deposit their fund as per the charter (payment schedule).

For Home Buyers Any further delay by home buyers whether in compliance or default in applying for loans or not depositing the balance payment from personal sources (in-case of self financing), shall be treated as default & reported to Honorable Supreme Court of India . Please be very careful now after SC order and the guidelines issued by Ld. Receiver. Demand Letter has been issued by Learned Court Receiver today is posted in group.

For Banks They have been directed by Ld Receiver to immediately start clearing home buyers application/request pending amount for existing/fresh disbursements on/before 10/07/2020. SO THE DEADLINE FOR BANKS HAVE BEEN SET NOW.

NOTE - Payment schedule shall be shared in a day or two. Buyers making applications to banks are suggested to make fresh application, take acknowledgement from banks and keep Ld. Receiver & group in loop (in case of emails) on receiver.amrapali@gmail.com & centurianparkbuyers@gmail.com
