DHFL MOU

DHFL Housing Loans Buyers including DHFL Subvention Home Loans buyers may kindly note; DHFL has signed MOU with CR on behalf of SC of India.

This MOU shall enable banks and borrowers (i.e home buyers) to sanction/disburse the balance sanctioned earlier by DHFL who have regular accounts with DHFL and NOT applicable to irregular accounts.

As per SC Order DHFL is free to take any action as per legal obligation for irregular accounts (Kindly refer to SC order dated 7-Sep-2020).

Attached MOU is for buyers review, understanding and application processing against disbursement of their pending amount if, payable by DHFL.
